Wow, The Last Day of March

Time is flying! It's April tomorrow, it's spring!

recycled rubber and hemp necklace

I am working on a new line of jewelry, "green" jewelry. It was request, for a local "green" tradeshow. The recycled rubber bead necklaces, and bracelets are the first of the line, that I have been working on. Fun and funky, eco friendly!

Blue Sky Sunny

A few days ago I went for a walk with Mark and the dogs. Cali, Miss Bean was frantic to eat grass so we went with her in search of just the right variety. Our dogs are like dairy cows when it comes to grass... it does seem to do the trick for them.
Today we are back in winter mode, a winter wonderful of snow! I will take some photos tomorrow if it hasn't all melted.

Sun Catchers

It feels like sun catcher season, I'm not sure why as they are a year round pleasure. It could just be spring fever setting in now the weather has returned to seasonal chilliness. I am longing for the warm weather again.
So, I have been putting together some very pretty sun catchers!

Wow, What a Weekend!

We have been enjoying some fabulous spring weather these past few weeks. Yesterday was the warmest, it got up to 19° C in the shade!!
I ventured out with Mark and the dogs for an afternoon walk.

Blushing Rose

I have been working outside my box, working with colours I wouldn't normally use or wear myself. They are fabulously soft and pretty, I do love them a lot!

Superior Beaches

Mark and I went down to the beach on one of the warm warm days last week, it was spectacular. The sky was such a rich blue, the sun warm, heck even the sand was warm enough to sit on. Not too bad for the first week of March!

the ice was undulating, as the waves came in

Knock, Knock, Who's There?

I was in the porch the other morning photographing jewelry when the dogs came to peek in the window to see what I was doing. They were very excited to find me there! Aren't they cute!

Pearls, Pearls, Pearls

I received a new shipment of pearls this past week. It's always a thrill to work with them, I do have a soft spot for pearls!

Lamb or a Lion?

How did March come in for you where ever you live, like a lamb or a lion?
March came in like a lamb for us, yay!
Does it always go out like a lion if it comes in like a lamb? We will see.
We took the dogs out in the late afternoon yesterday,
the shadows were so long and blue, so beautiful!
